From a young age, Andrew was captivated by how the body moves and recovers, competing in national-level swimming from middle school through varsity at the University of Western Ontario. Years of high-level sport and injuries led him to value the power of physical therapy for recovery and performance. His athletic background in swimming, rock climbing, and hybrid training deepened his understanding of biomechanics, motor learning, and physical adaptation. This passion guided his studies in Medical Sciences at Western and later a Master’s of Physical Therapy at Queen’s University, where he trained under leading mentors. Today, Andrew continues to build his expertise through ongoing education, aiming to help others realize the resilience of the human body and reach their full athletic potential through evidence-based care, personalized treatment, and a collaborative rehab approach.
